Welcome!

So, you have an idea… A crafty little something that you know you could make a little money from selling. Etsy is pretty big now, right? I used to sell my cocoons on Etsy. I know a gal who crochets and sells hats. I know another girl who sews and sells on Etsy. So, other than Etsy what do they all have in common? They are marketing towards photographers.

What does this all mean to you as a vendor? Free marketing, lots of hits to you products which then increase sales.

What about the photographers? When I was selling on Etsy, my husband was laid off. So, I was working extra hours to make ends meet. My photography business had to be put on hold while I worked. I couldn’t shoot, and I had no sessions booked, so we started knitting, (we, as in both Husband and I) to make extra cash. I knew that the cocoons worked, for me. I had taken many images of Natalie wrapped in them when she was wee, but it was difficult for me to explain to our Etsy clients how to use them.

How it works…
Sign up on a waiting list and send me a beta of your product, whatever it might be… I will send it back to you if requested. I might ask for a tutorial on how it’s intended to be used if I am having difficulties. I have sessions scheduled every week and will beta your product at my sessions or with my own kids. If it’s awesome, I’ll post with pictures and links to buy… If it needs more work I’ll be contacting you, of course these are simply my opinions.

What’s it cost…
Nothing You send me your product, I test it, send it back if you’d like, and send you the results and/or post about it if a positive outcome. Now remember, we get quite a bit of traffic!
